RAD - Error 26

Hi,

After about 9000 km with my Eggrider mounted on a RadMini 4 I'm experiencing this error 26 (low voltage protection) which suddenly occurred. I tried to change voltage cutoff value in the menu and battery capacity without success.

Does anybody know if this may be caused by the controller on the bike. Could it be damaged? I tested the battery on another Rad bike and I works just fine.

Sorry to hear about your issue.

Can you please provide the following:

• a picture of the display while showing this error.

• a screenshot of the mobile app showing the error message (if you connect with the app to the display and tap on the triangle you will see the Error message)

• a screenshot of the EggRider About page

• a screenshot of the EggRider Lishui settings
