Received code but can't establish a connection

My code has been accepted in the App (version 2.1.11). Bluetooth is active on my iPhone but I can't get any response from the EggRider device. The device's display shows my battery information but does not show the software version number or any connection status. There also appears to be no way to access any other screens on the device.

Thanks George; what I hadn't done was scrolled down on the iPhone screen in the app to enable a search for the device.

This isn't an issue.

The user couldn't see EggRider on Search Device page.

By pulling down on Search Device page a new search/scan it is triggered.
