When trying to read Bafang Basic I get

"Bafang motor Basic read error, EE - 4" and -- KPH

I also get --KPH when entering Bafang Basic section (without reading or writing)

--KPH issue resolves when exiting the app (display turns to 00KPH as soon as I exit the app)

ewrithing else (throttle, pedal , display) reads and writes fine.

I allready did a factory reset of the eggrider (M+Power)

Thank you for reporting.

Could you please try the firmware v2.4.02-beta and see if that fixes your issue?

The --kph shows because when you read/write bafang settings display gets in a special mode.

You can also get back to the normal mode just by going to the dashboard when you are connected with the app.

This behaviour will be fixed in the next releases.

Updating to v2.4.02-beta went flawlessly, however the basic tab still produces the same error

Was it always like this or it started after from a sudden?

If it was working before, could you try writing acceptable values and see if that sorts it out?

I just received my EggRider yesterday, so unfortunately it has never worked for me. As soon as I get my programming cable ( 2-3 days) I will try to read that page from pc…

I tested writing the current limit% in pas level 1 through the EggRider (basic write ok) but now i get error EF - 5

Reading and writing with an USB TLL cable works just fine, reading through eggrider shows the new pas values, but I now get error EF-11

Hi, thank you so much for looking into this. Could you please provide me the settings you are reading with the cable and the same settings read with eggrider giving you the EF-11
