Performance differences

I can reach speeds when the bike is on the stand of 40mph using the throttle and mid 30s using pedal assist. These are consistent with what I setup in the app. However, when I actually take it for a ride the throttle is limited to 17.7 mph and pedal assist 9 is limited to around 14.9mph. My android display firmware is actually v2.4.01 and the Eggrider app is v2.3.07. Help?

Hi Donald. the behaviour that you’re describing is strange indeed.

What I suggest is to make sure these settings are as here:

• Bafang basic , wheel size. It should be the same as your wheels, e g 26”
• Bafang basic, % limited speed should be 100% for all assist levels
