Libraries/DatabaseLib/dwsTDataset.pas does not compile

Hello, the dwsTDataset.pas unit seems to be outdated as it does not compile with the current master. I have adapted it a little, it seems to work. Please take a look at the attached patch.

Fixed Issue #144 + added unit reference in UdwsDataBaseTests so it's at least syntax checked
