dwsDatabaseLib: SynOleDB should register Jet driver only for Win32

Hello, the dwsSynOleDBDatabase.pas always registers the driver for TOleDBJetConnectionProperties, but the Jet is only available for Win32 and the class TOleDBJetConnectionProperties is only declared for Win32. Thus the unit does not compile for Win64 target.

AFAIK Jet exists for Win64 as well (available from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13255)

That Win32 limitation in SynOleDB.pas might be obsolete/incorrect.
