ability to change question type from inside the edit dialogue screen

This is a convenience suggestion after creating a couple of new sections on the Cruise questionnaire particular to USCG Healy.

When editing a question after initially selecting the type of question (i.e. long answer, short answer, select one, etc) It would be great if you could change the type of question while inside the editing screen. There were multiple times where I decided mid way through it would be better to switch from say... a "short answer" type to a "optional text" type.

Otherwise the alternative is to cancel/delete your current question and start over with a new one...loosing content and requiring re-typing the questions/responses.

This may not be possible..but thought I would mention it.
