Ability to export blank Cruise Questionnaire

I'm wondering if there is a way to export a full version of the cruise questionnaire that shows all questions including the section overview and epilogue statements? This would be very useful for reviewing with Captains, Managers, and Techs when it comes to updating the Questionnaire when policy's or equipment changes. A .pdf would be great.

In the case of the Healy...our group (STARC) is responsible for the Cruise Planning process and creating and maintaining the Cruise Questionnaire. However, I would very much like to be able to submit a draft of it to the Captain and other USCG stakeholders for review prior to making it available to the Science groups to fill out.

Right now the only work around I can find is to go through the entire questionnaire and input something into each field...then I can Print as a PDF. This is time consuming and creates distractions to those who are reviewing or editing.
