Bugs in code/form?

The R/V Endeavor cruise questionnaire does not save entries (usually) when 'save' is clicked. Instead, it spends hours doing nothing (=little circle symbol goes around and around.) I have entered information multiple times in multiple forms, and only a few of the 'saves' were successful.
