Hi, my name is Yvan Alleau and here are the issues I saw when using the online cruise signup: 1- after creating my account, it took so long to receive a confirmation email that I was about to press the send button sending an email to report the problem, when it finally arrived in my mailbox. 2- man many information that you ask us to type in, we already wrote in the Oceanus release & consent form: i do not see the value of spending the time to answer the same exact questions thank you

This is good feedback but emails taking a long time is outside of the scope of this site. Emails are sent immediately and I can't control when they are delivered.
