Former user created an issue 2019-03-22

We have a cruise this year where two projects were put into the same cruise/underway period. Currently the Project Info only allows for one PI to be listed. It would be good to have flexibility if there are multiple programs/PIs.

This is already supported. Anyone added as a chief scientist is listed as such. The STRS only allows one PI so this follows that some model.
