Berthing List format

Hi Erich - I'm struggling with the berthing form.

I don't have a .docx template of the Kilo Moana berthing scheme right now. So I made a docx file with a link to our own online berthing form (attached). CruisePlanner will upload it, but I can't see it when I want to "view" or "edit" berthing list.

My thought was that it would be practical if the users could just upload a completed form as a pdf and add it to the Attachments.
