Registration problems

Hi Erich, Joe Montoya here again ([e-mail])

One member of our shipboard party has registered for the cruise but isn't showing up in the roster. I'd been sending out invitations and wondering why a number of people hadn't responded, and this may be one reason. I just pinged one of the nonresponders, Jianna Wankel ([e-mail]), who said that she'd already registered. She's not in the current roster, but did send me the attached screenshot of what she sees if she tries to register again. The system clearly thinks that she's registered, but she's somehow not part of the cruise roster.

Please let me know if you need any other info.
