Can't join a cruise w/o a passport number

Hi Erich, One of our STEMSeas participants in en639 is unable to add herself to the cruise roster b/c she's waiting on her passport. Since we're going foreign, it makes sense to not let her participate w/o a passport, but couldn't we treat it the same was as the various forms? That is, allow her to join the cruise but put up a flag showing that her passport info is missing? This would be just like the way that the waiver and contact info are treated.
