ability to upload multiple medical documents

Healy (and some other vessels) require science members over a certain age (62 years for Healy) to submit a medical screening from their doctor and an EKG....in addition to the medical questionnaire Healy provides.

We have received feedback from science users they would prefer to upload multiple documents rather than combine into a single document.

Can you change the upload to allow multiple docs in multiple formats (word, excel, pdf)?
