Remove Berthing Form as required document form participant registration

I have removed the berthing form from the Ship Document Manager but it still shows up in the cruise participants registration page. This has led to confusion because a number of cruise novices have assigned themselves prime real estate thinking it is their choice to make. So far, two PIs have requested to remove the berthing from the participant registration page and I can't figure out how. thanks
