Hazardous Material

I am trying to declare a hazardous material on the UNOLS cruise planner. When I search for a material, a window pops up but the left half of the window is not showing on my screen. All you can do is hit the cancel button on the lower right corner of the window. It looks like the window brings up the information on the hazardous material, but you can only see half of it. I am assuming the accept button must be off the screen on the left side of the pop up window?
