katherine Whitaker oc1911a release and consent form and safety required forms are not saving

I am unable to save and or enter my consent and safety required forms on this site. my cruise is oc1911a . the form made me sign up for an e-signature program and the form would still not save. Now a second series of trying filling out this form repeatedly....grrrrrrr, it will NOT let me even put anything in the signature box area???? I have wasted hours now.please help kath-sue@ix.netcom.com
