Change Cruise User to Admin?

In cruise: PE20_18_Griffin, is there a way for me to change Sean Griffin from a Cruise User to Cruise Admin? He thinks he was an Admin when he first logged in but somehow accidentally changed himself to a Cruise User. Either that, or I screwed up when I sent him the initial invitation.

Also, he's asking if you have more information on how secure the personal and medical info is?
