cannot reset password

HI, I cannot log in to my account as my password is invalid. Tried to reset the password but no reset email is sent to me. I tried to reregister but get a message saying my account already exists. I'm at a loss what to do at this point. I am participating in a research cruise in late March onboard the RV Kilo Moana and was trying to get access to fill out the forms. I have not had any issues with this in the past.
