Updated some thorns to use read/write and presync.
Hydrobase changed to use PreSync.
Commented out scheduling for old boundary scheme in HydroBase. Any thorns using these bins should switch to Presync in this build.
Updated macros to match changes in rdwr.pl
Updated for changes to BC scheduling groups
