I have updated the stencil ops files to reflect the stencils in Kranc/Auxiliary/Cactus/SourceFiles/StencilOps.hh in the eschnett/dgtile branch of Kranc. I don't think these changes do anything, but I figured that the ops files currently act as documentation for the code in Kranc, so they should be made up to date.
TODO: use these stencils in Kranc and update BSSN.m and Wavetoy.m to use them correctly.
