Trac "component" field should default to empty

When submitting a trac ticket, it seems quite likely that people might leave Component = Cactus by accident. Since this trac is used for other projects, there shouldn't be a default for this.

    Some default has to be given. It is now 'misc' which essentially is a bin for 'anything' or 'whatever'
