Use Bruno Giacomazzo's tov parfile from Lisbon in tutorial

@bgiacoma used a parfile that ran to ~400M in ~30minutes at Lisbon. He kindly provided the file and it is attached to this ticket. Bruno says the differences to static_tov.par are:

• it has one less refinement level
• it runs up to t=400 instead of 800
• it produces also some 2D HDF5 output that can be visualized with pycatctus or VisIt

I ran Bruno's parfile and the default one in the tutorial server and Bruno's finishes in 8 minutes and produces a plot that looks a bit different from the default one (not too surprising, one level of mesh refinement is missing and we are reyling on numerical error to seed the oscillations).
