Cannot find DOI for Einstein Toolkit release on ET web pages
Issue #2259

I can’t find a pointer to the DOI for the Einstein Toolkit release(s) on the ET web pages. I hear the citation policy is going to change – which is the DOI that I should cite?

Wait until a end of discussion in https://docs.einsteintoolkit.org/et-docs/Meeting_agenda#Meeting_Agenda

We were hoping you might want to contribute to the discussion, Erik.

reporter Do I? It seems kind of obvious that, once we have a DOI for particular versions of the Einstein Toolkit, we would request people to cite these (in addition to the paper). Currently I “cite” the web pages instead, which is kind of useless.

There is no DOI to cite yet, all citations are still the ones listed on http://einsteintoolkit.org/citation.html . The change in policy is still up for discussion and was be brought up in today’s ET call.
