Currently the ET website (not the wiki) only mentions the weekly call under Help! as the second to last item. Since this hides it from the casual user. The weekly reminders about the call to the mailing list (http://lists.einsteintoolkit.org/pipermail/users/2019-May/006873.html) do have a link to instructions though.
