Add the Self-Force code to the ET
As has already been discussed on numerous phone and publicly stated at both the RIT and EU ETK 2019 workshops, we would like to include the self-force code in the ET. It will be the first non-Cactus code in the ET. The self-force code is important because it provides a solution for EMRI’s, a class of problems that may be impossible to cover with other methods.
The code is available here: https://bitbucket.org/peterdiener/selfforce-1d/src/master/
The plan is that when the release is made, we will include instructions to checkout and build the self force code on the ET download page, and that the self-force code will have the same tags, e.g. ET_2019_10, as the ET.

The code in the repository seems private I get (being logged in as @rhaas80 to bitbucket):
We can't let you see this page

Currently the self force code is not featured very prominently on einsteintoolkit.org. It should likely be added to http://einsteintoolkit.org/components.html beyond being listed on the Downloads page.

Will open separate ticket to suggest to make self-force code more visible.
