Some Simfactory example parameter files don't work

Simfactory has example parameter files in the directory simfactory/etc/parfiles. The physics parameter files there (ks*, qc0*) are outdated and don't work. They are very similar to the standard Cactus example parameter files in the "par" directory, so these three Simfactory parameter files should be removed.

The other Simfactory example parameter files (empty.par, recover.par, etc.) should remain there.
