tutorial notebook on tutorial server is not updated from repository automatically

The tutorial provided on the tutorial server https://etk.cct.lsu.edu/ is not automatically updated from its source repository at https://github.com/nds-org/jupyter-et and is / will be out of sync.

Currently (2020-10-22) this is visible in eg the macports instructions requesting sudo port -N install pkgconfig gcc9 openmpi-gcc9 while the source code repo has sudo port -N install pkgconfig gcc10 openmpi-gcc10.

@Steven R. Brandt anything I can do to help this along? The tutorial file is still out of sync. This does not have to be automated but at least a number of maintainers should be able to update the file.

There is now a cronjob in place that updates the files once at midnight.
