remove no longer used branches in McLachlan

mclachlan contains a number of feature branches that have since been merged into master or only served as reference points while merging. This should be removed to reduce the number of top level and merged branches. Namely:

Unless objected I will remove these branches after 2020-02-18.

I can’t speak for the other branches as I was not involved in creating them, but certainly CCZ4 can be removed as it has been merged.
