Rename Trac components

I would rename the "www" components to "web site", since that looks better. I would rename the "Cactus flesh" component to "Cactus". I would rename the "misc" component to "Other".

I would add a new component "Einstein Toolkit".

I would remove the "Cactus scratch" component.

I would combine both "Carpet" components; they should be distinguished by their version.

Everything except 'Einstein Toolkit' is done. I don't think there should be a component 'Einstein Toolkit'. The toolkit consists of components, and that should also be reflected here.
