Specified option list is not looked up in etc/optionlists/

When specifying a optionlist like this:

--optionlist numrel-gcc.cfg

I would expect it to look for this file in the simfactory directory etc/optionlists, but apparently it doesn't, I have to give it the full path. In addition it would be nice if I could obmit the file extension, e.g.:

--optionlist numrel-gcc

this ability has been added -- however, not without the extension. I can look into doing that in the future, but not right now.
