Sure, but this is designed to be an emulator, not the ultimate ROM browser in other words, too much work for really tiny benefits
By comparison, it's far easier and faster to convert your goodgen 7zipped "FULL romset" (I guess this is why you asked for this and 7zip support ?) and only pick games that you are REALLY going to play
To resume, I won't add a feature that would require to much boring work when: - I personnaly don't need it - this not a "vital" feature and could be circumvened by users with a minimal amount of work on their side
