Rumble and Auto-update

Can you add rumble in the menu, like when we highlight one option in the menu it rumbles the control a little, and an auto-update feature, so that we don't need to go to the pc download the latest version of genesis plus gx.

For auto-update, I suggest you use Homebrew Browser as it provides this ability.

Exactly, also I am not a big fan of forced software updates and I think user can make minimal efforts to get new versions, read the changelog, etc...

About the other request, I don't even see the point of having the wiimote rumbling in menu, seems more annoying than useful to me. And then people would want wiimote LED blinking in "K-Rider" style because they think it's cool ;-)
