Duke Nukem 3D not working with 6B control pad

Duke Nukem 3D controls do not work. Only moves right...cant select anything on title screen.

Hum, seems like I was a little too fast closing this issue. The game indeed DOES support 6-buttons controller but my implementation in the emulator does not seem to work with this one specifically (work with other games though).
