Sound issue in Mega Turrican

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. pick MAME core in FM options 2. load "Mega Turrican" (any version) 3. go into Sound test menu 4. play Track 03,06,09...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

One of the FM channel has a wrong output. After investigation, it is either on channel 1 or channel 4. Each problematic track use FM algo comment 0\. with feedback value comment 7\.. Operator settings are also the same (see attached file).

Muting Operator 2 output make the annoying sound disappear.
