Scan Lines show up at first when they are turned off

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Turning the emulator on, scan lines are on at the beginning. When you load a rom then go back, the scan lines are gone.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Scan lines should be off everywhere when disabled.

What version of the emulator are you using (official, SVN revision,...)? 679....latest

Please provide any additional information below (Emulator settings, Console
setting,...)

OK, I nailed it, it was because of menu changes in a previous revision.
