What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.Play Sonic CD NTSC-U 2.Blackscreens after beating zone 3 of 1st world 3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? That it moves to the next area but it blackscreens.

What version of the emulator are you using (official, SVN revision,...)? 1.7.0

Please provide any additional information below (Emulator settings, Console setting,...)

I've tried different dumps, different bios, adjusted video settings, still does it.

Yes, it has already been reported (Issue230) and is fixed in svn.
