Game Gear noise sound missing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Opening the emulator
2. Loading a game gear game I want to play.
3. Noise sound effect is missing

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In version 1.7.0, Game Gear's noise sound is working perfectly, but in 1.7.1 it's missing for some reason.

What version of the emulator are you using (official, SVN revision,...)?
v1.7.1

setting,...)

The default settings. Console: Nintendo GameCube PAL
