What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Wii
2. Start GenplusGX from Virtual Console Chanel Forwarder
3. Observe splash screen (screen shot photo attached)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

This so called splash screen, for lack of better words, is pretty annoying. It appears after I load GenPlusGX. Once the splash screen goes away, GensPlusGX loads just fine, and emulation is perfect. I just find the splash screen to be very annoying. I'm hoping someone might be able to tell me what I need to do to make it go away.

What version of the emulator are you using (official, SVN revision,...)?

I'm using 1.6.0, as this version is compatible with my channel forwarder.

Please provide any additional information below (Emulator settings, Console
setting,...)

The emulator is great and works fine! I appreciate the hard work that everyone does to keep it going. But if anyone can tell me what to do to fix this annoying problem, I would greatly appreciate it!

This is a problem with your forwarder, not a problem with the emulator, there is noting i can do since i didn't made this forwarder.
I have no idea why they display this kind of infos since it is indeed pretty much useless.
