Sega CD emulation lags when playing CD-DA music on IOS 36

For some reason, Sega CD emulation lags when playing CD-DA music on IOS 36.
Could someone fix this?

    the "reason" is that if you are using an usb drive to run your CD games, you will need to install IOS58 as stated in the faq
    otherwise drive will be accessed at USB1 speed, which is too slow and will basically struggle down emulation when waiting for new audio data blocks to be read every 1/75 s

    there is nothing to "fix", and nothing "anyone" can do about slow device access speed

    about your last suggestion, just remove any wav files you are using or .cue file if you are using .bin image, and no cd-da will be played... easy

    but really, it's more logical to install IOS58 (then reinstall HBC so it uses it) so you can benefit of faster loading speed and no lag... or use sdcard
