Can't run Genesis Plus GX SVN

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Double click gen_sdl.exe
2. A window pops with the following message:
Genesis Plus GX/SDL
usage: V:\Emulators\Genesis plus GX SVN r774\gen_sdl.exe gamename
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Has only the option to press OK, then nothing happens. This occurs with every other version of Genesis Plus GX I tried.

What version of the emulator are you using (official, SVN revision,...)?

Please provide any additional information below (Emulator settings, Console
setting,...)
I can't access the emulator at all, I'm running a windows xp sp3 x86 with all system updates so far.

It's a command line program, not a window application: usage is gen_sdl.exe "your_rom"

But really, I won't recommend using it for normal usage: it's a very basic win32 port that i use mainly for debugging, nobody should compile or distribute it unless you know why you are doing it.

I recommend using retroarch if you want to use Genesis Plus GX core on windows platform.
