Sega CD disc covers

I quite like the cart sticker logos that can be used as ''covers'' in the current GUI and the option to make our own via screenshot tool is really nice.It is also nice that each machine has it's own cartridge shape. All is fine, except Sega CD, that currently uses Genesis cartridge covers. Would it be possible to make it use disc covers like this?

it is possible but not planned, as this is mainly designed to display screenshots of the game, which does not look good with disc shapes
