Scrolling ROM list by page could use improvement

Using the GameCube controller, when you scroll the ROM list with Up/Down on the D-Pad, you can hold it and it quickly scrolls through the list. However, when using the L/R triggers to scroll by page, holding them down has no effect, which can make quickly scrolling through ROMs more inconvenient that it has to be.

It's meant to be like that L/R are used to shift pages ( 16 roms approx.) and did not need fast scrolling in my opinion unless you are using tons of roms in a single directory, which isn't recommended anyway can be added easily though
