Hide .bin/.iso files

Issue #376 invalid

This has been a small nit pick that I've had for a while. When sorting Sega CD games the .bin/.iso files are visible along side the .cue files. This is somewhat cumbersome since it effectively makes double of each game, thus bloating the menu. This is also a problem with games like Pier Solar, were the enhanced audio ISO is visible in the menu, despite only needing to see the ROM file.

I know WAV files (and I believe OGG files as well?) are hidden. Is there any reason why bin/iso tracks never got the same treatment? From my understanding, there is no reason one would need to launch from anything but the cue.

The reason that .bin files are not hidden is that they are used for Mega Drive ROM files as well and, for Mega CD, the emulator can load either the .bin file or the .cue file.

As for .iso file, they do not always come with a .cue file. Also they aren't needed anyway (indeed, cue file for iso is just a list of audio files with the file length, all of which can already be known by other means) and the emulator can perfectly play CD games with just .iso file and correctly named audio files.
