Not able to select paths for BIOS & Lock-ON - crashes

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. load emulator
2. goto options/system/bios & lock-on path
3. crashes out

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I should be able to create the paths to bios and lock-on folders

What version of the emulator are you using (official, SVN revision,...)? latest build SVN 1.7.5 r890

Please provide any additional information below (Emulator settings, Console
setting,...) emulator crashes out. The last build worked fine. New build reset my settings and crashes. I even deleted both history and old config files and still crashes

i know, the code for that has not been commited, only the commited build had it compiled but it was not a functional feature yet
just don't use it for the time being,
