SEGA Graphic Board support

A fully functional prototype of the SEGA Graphic Board has been recently dumped, and with the help of a disassembly some emulators have just added support for it.

Personally, I think it would be cool to see it supported, but then again I don't know if it would be too difficult to adapt the board emulation to the Wiimote...
