What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.choose any of the 3 main regions
2.load rom
3.rom should give you the sega splash screen followed by the game start

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
when the game starts you should get the sega splash logo followed by Ryu but on the latest revisions past r894 for Wii you can no longer play this game

What version of the emulator are you using (official, SVN revision,...)?
was official then went to newer builds just noticed when I tried latest r 899 build and followed it back to r 894 to last version that plays game

Please provide any additional information below (Emulator settings, Console
setting,...)
I know its not the official build but if something is changed then it needs to get corrected right? the last revision that this game works on other then the officialy released build is r 894 after that the game will not load even if you load the bios first

Indeed, I introduced a bug while adding support for Everdrive SSF extended mapper in r896. Thanks for the notice, it is now fixed in r901.
