Problem with the classic controller (stuck button)

When I use the Classic Controller in the emulator, the left directional button gets stuck, tested it with other controls but all have this problem
If I try to reconfigure the control, a DPI error appears on the screen

This is a common issue with some 3rd party classic controllers: analog stick position being reported is invalid which makes the emulator think a direction is being held.

What controller and what version of the emulator do you use exactly ?

About the DSI error report, it's only useful if you provide a screenshot with the reported values, I don't have your controller and can not reproduce the issue you are having so tou need to give more details.
