Any chance for future support of real Sega CD discs? I'd love to be able to play originals without having to get an image working correctly.

On which platform ? On Wii, this would require USB CD-ROM support which does not exist and is not an easy thing to add (it requires low-level driver programming knowledge while my knowledge is more or less limited to emulation programming) On PC (libretro port), CD drive access would need to be implemented by the frontend (Retroarch), which I'm not responsible for.

Gotcha. My request was specifically with Wii in mind, but that makes a lot of sense.
